Due to the perishable and cosmetic nature of our products (Fresh Henna Cones, Oils, and Sealants), we do not accept returns or exchanges. > If your order arrives damaged or there is an error in your shipment, please contact us at hennabylana101@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will do our best to make it right.

Note on Henna Stains: As henna is a natural product, results may vary based on skin type and aftercare. We do not offer refunds based on stain results, but we are happy to provide tips to help you achieve the best color.
